I sent a support ticket to Gigabyte but have not heard back yet. I tried ASUS support but all they told me is that I should get support from Gigabyte because the GPU may be incompatible, but I highly doubt that since both the motherboard and GPU are new products. The RGB on the GPU also lights up when connected but the fans do not spin up at all. While the 4080 is in, the PC boots fine but doesn't show the GPU in the Device Manager on Windows or in the BIOS. I tried testing all of my PCI-E power cables with my RTX 2070 that works in the same PC and PCI-E slot, and they all work fine. The technician at Micro Center thinks that there is an issue with the BIOS that is causing the GPU to not be detected. They tried a second 4080 Eagle with my PC with no luck. I took it to Micro Center to see if they could figure out why it wasn't displaying anything, and they couldn't figure it out either. I installed the GPU in my PC and I get no signal from it. I purchased the Gigabyte RTX 4080 Eagle on launch day and have been unable to use it.
